We’re excited to create and deliver your custom-printed items. This policy outlines everything you need to know about how your order is processed and shipped.


How We Calculate Delivery Time

Your total delivery time is made up of two key stages:

Total Delivery Time = Handling Time + Shipping Time

  • Handling Time: This is the time we need to custom print and prepare your item.

  • Shipping Time: This is the time it takes for the carrier to deliver your package once it leaves our facility.

 All time estimates are in business days (Monday–Friday), excluding weekends and public holidays.

We do our best to ensure your order arrives as quickly as possible while maintaining the quality you expect from a made-to-order service.

Shipping Fees

We believe in keeping shipping simple and transparent, no matter where you are:

Domestic Shipping (U.S.)

  • Flat rate: $5.99 for the first item
  • Add $2.00 for each additional item

International Shipping

  • Starts at $13.00 for the first item
  • Add $6.00 for each additional item

Please note: Delivery times may vary based on your location, local customs procedures, holidays, and courier availability.

Delivery Terms

The total time for your order to arrive is a combination of Handling Time + Shipping Time.

While we work hard to meet delivery expectations, delays can occasionally occur due to customs inspections, weather disruptions, incomplete shipping addresses, or courier issues – which are beyond our control.

Changing or Cancelling Your Order

Need to make a change? Contact us as soon as possible at [email protected]. If the order hasn’t been processed yet, we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.

Shipping to Multiple Addresses

At this time, each order can only be shipped to a single address. If you need items delivered to multiple locations, kindly place separate orders for each destination.

PO Boxes and Military Addresses

Yes – we’re proud to deliver to PO Boxes as well as APO/FPO military addresses. No extra steps needed.

International Duties and Taxes

For international shipments, orders are sent under the Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU) policy. This means any applicable duties, taxes, and customs fees will be charged to you by the local authorities upon delivery.

We encourage international customers to check their country’s import policies before placing an order.
